Who am I? This is always such a big question for me. Yet, in one way it is very simple – I am me. After all, who else could I be?
What might you want to know about me?
I have a passion for people and helping them to be the best they can be, ‘people’ includes me.
Over the years I have built a ‘toolkit’ which includes; healing modalities, sound (voice, gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, rattles, flutes), talking therapies, and a host of other tools. I use these tools to assist people in moving forward in their lives.
Spiritual path – in the early 2000’s, after an enormous change in my life, I started wondering what my path was. In the course of this path of discovery, I had an ‘Aha!’ moment, when I realised that I was on a Shamanic path – and always had been. In addition to the tools that I use, I have guides and an intuition that I have come to trust, which all helps me to work with clients in whatever way works for that individual client, at that moment in time.
Early career – My working life began in the offices of a life assurance office – not quite me. Since the 1990s I have been in people development in various guises such as; training people in video and radio production skills, helping people with life skills, careers coach, designed and delivered workshops and much more.
